RIGID By their very nature and how they are used - bumpers (& rock rails) are not an item to be warranted. The very purpose of a bumper or rocker panel guard is to take the force of impact during a collision, protecting more fragile, and expensive to repair, components such as grills, grill clips, headlights & housings, marker/turn signal lights, fenders, tailgates, hoods, body sheet metal, etc. There are NO indestructible bumpers. Damage to bumpers caused by impact & collisions is a natural fact of life. Therefore, there is no explicit warrantee on the function of our bumpers & rocker panel guards. But, we do guarantee the completeness of all our products and installation kits. If any part does not fit or is missing from the installation kit, contact us so we can correct the problem. As for damage to RIGID Bumpers & Rock Rails - we do have a liberal replacement policy. Since we are always striving to improve our products, we are intensely interested in how our bumpers & rocker panel guards perform during collisions and impacts. If your RIGID bumper or rocker panel guard is damaged beyond usefulness contact us by phone, fax or email. Take pictures of the damage to the RIGID product and damage to the vehicle from as many angles as possible. We'll then negotiate a replacement product based on the facts. Typically, we'll replace the product 'at cost' or no cost to you except shipping.
